1ST SHIFT PACKAGING
FOND DU LAC, WI | Temporary
Employee will be putting taps on bags, scoops in bottles, packaging on a production line and checking quality.
Take personal accountability for individual safety, in addition to the responsibility for producing safe food products by following MSG Safety and Good Manufacturing Processes.
Learn and comprehend the safe function, and operation, of all equipment in the assigned work area, with the goal being to perform the safe operation of equipment within four weeks of hire.
Participate in the MSG Job Rotation Program.
Ensure packaging specifications and standards are met on a consistent basis.
Report any and all quality and production issues immediately to a Team Lead and/or Supervisor.
Follow good personal hygiene practices consistent with MSG Good Manufacturing Practices.
Perform assigned cleaning and sanitation of any and all equipment as directed by the Team Lead and/or Supervisor.
Keep Packaging Area clean and orderly at all times.
Production - Exposure to manufacturing environment. Require frequent moving and climbing. Frequent exertion of light to moderate physical effort. Exposure to noise, odor, dust and discharge from production process.
Must be able to stand for an full 8 hour shift
Must be able to lift 35#
