Enter data and run reports.
Receive and verify vendor invoices and enter invoices into data base system.
Prepare customer invoice by completing OE (order entry), sales orders in Accounting Software, and verifying all information and documents are accounted for and accurate.
Follow-up phone calls to make sure project is continuing in a timely manner.
Two years of clerical/administrative experience required
Intermediate proficiency in Excel preferred
Proficiency in Google Business Apps (Doc, Sheets, Slides, Forms) preferred
Pleasant personality, leadership, outgoing and organizational skills are helpful
Must be able to work effectively alone as well as within a team atmosphere
